Very disappointed bad experience

The staff are rude, the room is dirty dusty and the beddings they keep the used ones a lot of stains its too old yellow wish even the towel. The ac is leaking the remote is not working. No coffee machine or kettle in the room. The curtain almost falling down. They just give the room without quality control. Its a very bad experience.
