Very good

A great place to stay in a budget. Just be respectful and be ready to make your own breakfast in the off season.

Nice house, nice host, clean room, good location, lots of street parking.

Can't wear shoes to room, sound transfer between rooms is loud, breakfast is only cereal in off season.

Disappointing. Missed the B for breakfast :/

The bedroom is very clean and comfortable. You can regulated the temperature to your comfort; Big window facing the street; very quiet room and neighborhood.

Before booking my trip I read plenty of reviews of people praising the breakfast not only for the homemade and freshly prepared food but also for the pleasant mornings conversations with the hosts. That made me choose this place over another one closer to downtown Vancouver as I was traveling alone and would like to have that type of interaction . However as soon as I arrived I was told that breakfast -like shown in the reviews - is not offered off season (mind you that info was never mentioned on the website) and only a self-service coffee/tea + cereal would be provided. The hosts were nowhere to be seen and I felt as isolated as I'd have been in a regular hotel room. Not what I was expecting at all. No morning interactions ; no fresh breakfast. I wish they had made it clear on their website, so you don't' expect the same treatment if you are going there 'off season". Very disappointing.

The place is near Downtown Vancouver, and the hosts were very kind. The rooms were clean, and there was a delicious breakfast every morning!

Quiet, comfortable, well appointed, delicious breakfast and a gracious host.

Linda is a gracious host with a friendly and calm demeanour who serves a nutritious and delicious breakfast. The B&B is quiet and comfortable with an excellent ensuite bathroom and a spacious bedroom. The location is very central.

I found the mattress a little too firm for my liking, but otherwise I slept well.

Very nice house, lovely hosts. Breakfast was excellent and shared with other guests which always led to good conversations. The room is fairly small, but absolutely sufficient. We had a really good time and fully recommend the B&B

We had a great stay and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The hosts were exceptionally helpful with directions and advice . The property was extremely quiet at night so the nights sleep was peaceful .

The rooms were decorated nicely and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty all 5 days of the trip. The staff were very nice and very helpful.
