The food was good.

I would recommend people to avoid this homestay. The place is a few hundred meters down from the main road, the way is narrow and steep and not easy to drive. No place for parking. The rooms are starker than stark. They provide only one towel for a double room. Extremely poor service. I had ordered a morning tea at 6:00. I had to hunt for and wake up the caretaker at 6:20 for my tea. The blankets were horribly stinky. All in all, I regretted booking this place. There are many decent options available in Haldwani.

This beautiful property is located adjacent to the river which add more beauty to it. The rooms are river facing , spacious and clean. The behaviour of hotel staff is excellent and they welcome their guests in traditional style. Home made fresh and tasty meals are added advantage. Railway Station (Kathgodam) is at 15 minutes drive by Auto/ cab which are also arranged by the hotel on request. We loved the property very much

It was a very good location who enjoy river view.

we enjoyed the our stay, it has this excellent river view and food was good & homely. The best part was the owner herself coordinated and took care of us as we needed help since we were new.

Quantum of food vs Price to be worked upon. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

It was pleasant stay in Utsav Riverbank and specially that warm welcome which feels like a super awesome experience. And they serve us awesome hot food in mid night. I would say it's mesmerizing stay here.

Excellent stay in haldwani nainital ever in my life, especially the neeraj ujwal and his wife are excellent persons to help the guests and to take care of everyone. I think that it's the only homestay with actual feeling of the home. Whenever I will come to haldwani nainital I will always stay here at utsav riverbank homestay. Thanks a lot to Mr Neeraj Singh ujwal and his entire family for the great hospitality.
