This is a perfect place to unwind, right on the beach and in walking distance of lots of great places to eat. It's about 15 mins on a grab into the old town The staff were all incredible...I wish I could have stayed longer

We had a lovely Christmas here and will never forget our stay

Under the coconut tree was very chilled out and other travellers were really friendly. Thanh and Tinh were excellent hosts and arranged a great Christmas dinner for everyone, followed by Karaoke The food is vegetarian and was really delicious. Situated right near the beach (2 minute walk) An bang beach area is more quiet than the old town but it was a short grab ride to get there.

It was rainy season and the sea was too rough to swim in ( not the fault of the property but unknown to us)

Great place

I stayed here a few years ago and it was so good I decided to stay here again. The staff were very accommodating. It's right next to the beach. The showers have hot water and good water pressure. There is good WiFi. I stayed in the first room I booked for the first night. The second night the people were noisy. I asked the staff if they could ask them to be quiet at night. Without a second thought, the staff immediately gave me a updagrade to a bungalow. That's great customer service.

The location is great, just a few meters from the beach and 20 min by bike to the Ancient Town. It was quick and easy hired a bike at the front desk with the lovely ladies that are there always ready to help you. The bedroom was so big and comfy. The mattress was great, too! Always clean, and it smelled so good when we arrived. They prepared the bedroom against the mossies, so we didn't have any problem with that even when you were in the middle of a small jungle. The welcome tea was delicious, and the place for having breakfast was awesome, too. I travelled with my partner, and we booked a private room, but something that we loved was the atmosphere of the hotel. A lot of people of every part of the world, having fun and playing cards together. So friendly and open to invite everyone to join them. Beautiful experience at this gem 20 min away from Hoi An Centre. We recommend 100% under the coconut tree!! Hopefully, we'll can come back soon.

Great social hostel (solo traveller)

Great hostel near the beach with nice bars and restaurants around. Easy to reach the old town with a 10 min grab ride. Solo traveller here. I loved this place, and met a great bunch of people. It's my kind of vibe, highly social, quiet but not party.

A must do stay in Hoi An

Staff especially kind & helpful 2 minutes to a beach, really chilled atmosphere booked 2 nights in dorm then 2 more nearly everyone extended there stay facilities are quirky but great. lots of information provided on what to do visit & Tours & Tien receptionist will do all your booking if required, wish i could stay longer but need to move on. If you come to Hoi An as a budget backpacker this is a must do.

Superb

The Girls from the reception are really nice, very patiently in explaining everything and giving recommendations. They put up my clamboo at night. I liked that the room was made of natural materials. It is located veey close to the beach. A bit further away from the centre of Hoi An.

Since the room was made of natural material, i could hear the neighbours really good. You had to walk a few minutes to get to the place breakfast is served.
