probably would not stay here again

The grounds of the hotel were wonderful and expansive. It was nice to also have secure and free parking. The buffet was massive and good. The room was nice too. There was one staff person who was helpful at the front desk, the others were rude.

Most the front desk staff were rude and impatient. especially the managers. One person saved the whole trip for by being nice and helpful seemingly against orders.

The room was comfortable with a balcony with a great view of Etna and the ocean

The shower was outdated. Breakfast was loud and unfullfilling.

The beach is very nice. It is a mixed pebbles and sand beach and from the water you have a beautiful view of Etna. The pool areas are good as well as the sport facilities e.g. gym, tennis and paddle. They had a big breakfast with many choices.

The rooms in the villa we stayed in need a renovation as they are old. Our door to the bathroom could not be closed and there was a poor smell from a moisture damage. We tried to change room but the alternative smelled in the same way. The rooms are not 4 star standard

Superb hotel if you are with children, huge garden and beach, very nice pool.

We were accomodated in a little house. The house was in a wonderful surrounding and had its own little veranda. In the hotel, we loved the huge garden full of nice flowers and plants, the nice beach, the pool area and the good breakfast. The hotel is excellent with kids, as they surely will find some friends here. The kido daycare was very good, Giulia and Elisabeta ultra friendly and charming, Our daughter (8y) adored them. The playground is also fantastic for the kids. Breakfast was rich and provided almost everything you wanted. The surrounding of the hotel provided many nice restaurants and shops, perfect. Also, beautiful Taormina and the Beach of Isola Bella are quite close.

Friendly staff, comfortable room (in villa), Not very Sicilian,

We stayed over 2 nights before heading to Taormina in October. The season was ending so hotel was not fully operational. Beach is good for the area but the sea was quite rough. Small Pool still open but we didnt use it. Large pool closed. Most guests were all-inclusive package deals. Breakfast was ok.

International hotel with Italian flavour but too big and commercial for us. Food was ok but better quality outside.

The olimpic swimming pool was closed, even though I got confirmation by email days ago that it will be available. It is weird to have no mosquito screen on the balcony door Also, to pay for the beach towels, every time you change them...

Great place, green, calm and beautiful.

Such a peaceful off season experience. The stuff is super friendly and funny. The facilities are spreaded out all over - so You do not feel crowded. The Olympique pool was great retreat. Food - amazing.
