The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for easy walking down Etnea Street and surrounds.

Horrible shower, uncomfortable bed. Tiny room. Pitch black in entryway each night coming back, had to feel my way to staircase

Superb

Great experience overall.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was confortable. We had a minor problem with the AC and the immediately changed our room.

Disappointing

Room has enough space for us.

As this hotel locates beside the restaurants street, the huge noise continues to be heard until mid-night. The number of the power supply plug was quite limitted. It was hard to charge the mobile phones, tablets and PC of me and my wife.

Superb

First room was excellent. But after my granddaughters accident we move to another room for 2 days.

Breakfast was very good and rooms were very comfortable

The big mirror fell on my granddaughters fingers and she was taken to hospital and is now in plaster. Its a pity that the mirror was not properly fixed

Welcoming staff in beautiful clean traditional hotel

All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Communication was superb from well before we arrived. We were able to store two suitcases for 5 days while we toured Sicily which made our medium sized hire car more manageable for 4 people. Thank you Antoine who assisted so kindly. The charming gentleman on reception in the evening gave us a great suggestion for a nearby family run seafood restaurant and he was nice to talk to (English) when we took the E25 shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was amazing with eggs, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, cappuccino or latte. Many thanks especially to the lovely girl in the breakfast room -so kind and welcoming. The room was absolutely beautiful in traditional style, high ceilings and gorgeous patterned tile floor.

Unfortunately our room was above a bar in a laneway that played loud music on a Thursday night until midnight. The shower didnt have a screen at front so water spilled over the floor.

Disappointing

I was disappointed to have such an uncomfortable bed and content we only stayed one night

Good welcome but even though they knew what time we were arriving the room wasn't ready. The breakfast service and coffee were excellent. The location is good for central Catania.

The room was small, dark & brown. Very hard uncomfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was fine except no space for toiletries. The breakfast was disappointing. Though the coffee was excellent.
