Very good

Convenient for a basic stay in Los Angeles, everything you need and friendly staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They let me leave my luggage after check out. Room was convenient, basic but had everything I needed. Nice to have a coffee machine and good tv with lots of channels.

When the other room ran their shower/sink, it was quite loud through the walls. It wasn't a major issue as they stopped around 09:30pm but if it had been all night it would have been an issue.

Very good

It had a fence along the street to keep the riff raff out. It was quiet, had a guest laundry, parking out front of the rooms. Lovely lobby.

Dont use the washer on the right. It ate my money. The floors are stone, must be hard to clean because our feet were filthy by the time we went to bed. Cleaning staff unpleasant Bathroom sink tap didnt have hot water

Comfortable beds, clean sheets, coffee and tea at the office.

The toilet was leaking but it was no issue for us, just close the pipe before sleeping.

Superb

Great option for downtown L.A.

Very convenient location. Surprisingly, got a good rest. Room in good conditions, nothing fancy, but all works. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Can easily get to Crypto arena and back. I'd come back. Exterior of the motel is in good conditions.

A little expensive, but is basically in downtown L.A. Room could have been cleaner.
