Very nice clean property and best part it is on Sitapur beach which is sunrise beach. Food was amazing. Internet connectivity was a bit of a issue otherwise I just Loved the stay.

Wonderful stay

It's a beautiful property on Sitapur beach and one needs to walk just a few steps to see the sunrise. The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly.

Duped us on New Years

Rooms were well decorated and clean. Food was good.

Location of this property is in some another corner of island, very depressing vibe. We went there on 31st December at 1 pm to check in, as we had make prior bookings and payments of ~6000 INR. After reaching the location, they said they cant let us check in unless we paid 5000 INR for the New Years Gala Night. Manager Shrijith Ganguly was of no use and pressured us into paying (and others too, we werent alone). We were given no prior warning, notification or mail about this. How can you make anything worth 5000 compulsory? This is duping and looting the customer as they left us NO CHOICE but to pay on an island where we had no where else to go. To top it, we wanted some quiet time and the whole day (and night) there was loud trashy music playing. I wont recommend this place to anyone. If u want to risk being in this sort of situation, please go ahead and risk it.
