Disappointing

Besides the cold, wet, moist conditions of the room, the location was ideal.

I liked the location and the food at Faccios was absolutely amazing.

The room was wet and retained moisture. Everything we wore the entire trip remained wet. There was so much moisture in the air our phones wouldnt properly charge and kept saying water detected. Booking.com said there was a $100 USD charge to your credit card for incidentals. At check in the guest service rep said it was $100 per night. When I asked to see the policy in writing he couldnt provide anything. I spoke to a representative prior to my trip about early check-in and was advised at 6:00 AM if rooms are available they should be able to check me in for an additional $75. The guest service rep was trying to charge me for an additional night. When I showed him the email correspondence then he said he would be able to check me and my kids in at 6 AM. We sat in the nice pretty lobby and after about 10 minutes he said Ill go ahead and check you in now. Oh yea, and I had to ask daily for someone to clean the room and bring replacement towels and wash clothes.

The cleaning products used left a very strong ammonia scent which was off putting. The breakfast buffet food was cold and not worth what we spent.

Superb

Great family room option close to the airport.

Front desk staff was helpfully bilingual. Requested more towels for a family room which was easily accommodated. My kids loved the bunk beds in the family room. It was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. We were very pleased with our stay here prior to catching an early morning flight.

The internet was slow. Devices dropped off a few times. However, it was manageable for the short time we were there.

Exceptional

Great, will stay again

The property is close to everything. Staff was great. Facility was immaculately clean! The room and bathroom were very clean as well and comfortable! Towels and sheets were soft and smelled good (A+!) We ate at the on site restaurant and the food was fantastic! Everything about my stay was great and I will stay here again if/when I return to the area but hopefully in a king room, see why below.

The beds were very small. Claimed to be two full size but I feel like theyre more like twin XL. Fire alarm rang at 1:00am telling us theirs a fire in the building and we need to evacuate immediately it ended up being a false alarm but that was scary to myself and definitely my kids!
