Thanks, but no thanks.

Breakfast was sparse. There was dry cereal, but no milk. The fruit was ok. Thankfully, they offered yogurt.

The water pressure in our room (accessible) was barely there. When we asked what was going on with the knobs (they were very different than either my husband or I had ever seen before), the staff person was not very helpful. And when my husband asked about the water pressure, the response was its low because this is a disabled room. I had asked in October about the bed height as i need the bed height 22-24. They wrote back within an hour the bed height was 24.5 inches. I said i could make that work. The bed height was much higher than that. I do not see how anyone who uses a wheelchair, or has mobility concerns would be able to use the beds safely without help. My feet didnt even touch the floor. The toilet didnt feel like it was an ADAheight toilet. We will not book at this hotel again. We left the afternoon on the second day, did not stay the second night. Neither my husband or I felt safe in this room the way it was set up. It was definitely not set up for a disabled person with a carer. The list is long of the things that are not good.

Breakfast was pretty good.

Too close to interstate and adjacent gas station convenience store. Soap dispenser to hard to squeeze and refrigerator made loud popping noises.

I had an employee called me name Mercedez in the middle of my stay while I was at a conference work saying I had to check out I had to get my things out of my room she was going to call security on me she was super rude threading me on the phone I have never had such a horrible interaction she treated me so bad I was shocked she was totally wrong about my days she would t let me talk it was insane horrible experience

Very hard to give a fair review on everything after the issue we had in our room

We were lounging in our room and cockroaches were coming out of the baseboards. It ruined our stay. When you are paying $400 a night you dont expect that. They did move us to another room, which was right above our previous room. Ugh! That was the only compensation we got. Very disappointed in our hotel
