Lovely lodge would stay again

Spacious property, modern, clean comfortable, everything you needed was provided for, very well equipped kitchen. little touches make it more pleasant, hand wash, toilet paper bin bags washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, you dont want to have to buy all that when on a short break so was nice to have. Comfortable sofas, electric fire, efficient boiler and heating. Extra duvets and pillows and blankets on beds. Loved the shoe and coat rack, most places dont think about those very useful to have.

Little bit dark but trees on one side so not much can be done about that. Dishwasher seemed a bit unstable needs an adjustment, worked fine though. Key safe was a bit stiff and tricky to close properly. My husband thought the bed was uncomfortable but I thought it was very good, maybe too firm for him. Would prefer later checkout 11.00am

Great location, accommodations were clean and well kept. We'd come back. Plenty of wardrobe space.

WiFi was not good and the baby monitor required this. We managed, but stronger WiFi would have been nice. The double bed mattress needs replacing, could feel the springs and it was very creaky, but we liked that multiple pillows were provided.

Enjoyed the stay - it would be nice to explore the water - the property could own a canoe to rent

Thoroughly enjoyed stay, excellent location and Host

Location was perfect for the Great North Swim Event. The accommodation was clean extremely well equipped with everything needed especially in the kitchen, The host was very accommodating replied swiftly to messages.
