First of all it's not a hotel, and shouldn't be advertised as such. It's a collection of a handful of apartments which are in the same building. There is no staff at the "hotel". You receive a set of access codes before you arrive which give you access to the building (via a keypad), and to a lock box which contains the key to the room. If you have problems you have to know the phone number of the hotel. The person who answers the phone only speaks Spanish and there is no English language support. Cleaning service must be booked in advance. When you arrive you are greeted by a door and a keypad. They didn't even both to put the name of the "hotel" on the door so that you know you have arrived at the right place. And, there is no way to contact the "staff" if you have a problem getting into the hotel. You must have a functioning telephone and know their number. None of this is communicated to the client at the time of booking. The first communications from this organization didn't happen until the codes were sent. In my case, I needed to book an early morning taxi to the airport on my checkout date. Because this organization provides no customer service, I had to book a second hotel for my final night so that I could get taxi service. I asked for a change to my reservation from four nights to three nights because of this and the request was ignored. So, I paid for two hotels on the final night of my stay. The hotel is noisy. The walls between the rooms are thin. The room itself was "furnished" with furniture which looked like it was picked up at a junk sale. And, no hair dryer. The place was the opposite of "Luxury" The air conditioner in my room stopped working one night. The next date, I was told to unplug it, and plug it back in. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
