This place is worst I've ever stayedat!

Housekeeper's quick response to sudsy water coming up through drain in bathroom floor. She noted that it was probably coming from the laundry facility located behind/next to the room. Desk manager was nowhere to be found.

Attitude of desk manager. Requested a second floor room which was confirmed by Booking.com; upon arrival the desk manager informed me the room was given to someone else because "they arrived earlier." She denied having another room available, except for a smoking room which was unacceptable. Homeless man was wandering the property; desk manager said "he came there every day, he had mental issues, but was not dangerous." (The next morning my niece, also a solo traveller, found this same homeless man asleep outside her door with a blanket and pillow). Security door latch in room was broken off; desk manager refused to have it replaced, stating "nobody could get in." Bathroom had a pedestal sink with no place to put personal toiletries; there was not even a small shelf to lay anything down; lighting was practically non-existent; the bathroom was too dark to apply makeup or style hair; I had to set up at the table in the room to accomplish those tasks. Location is terrible; felt very unsafe.

We wouldn't stay there again and cannot recommend it unless you wanted to pay minimal costs

The room was functional and very clean. They had laundry facilities and ice making machine. It was close to a bus stop.

It was so noisy we could not sleep (and we had a room furthest from the road) and the only quietish time was between midnight and 5am. Other weekend guests were noisy as well even at 1am. They do not have a luggage drop off room (where you can leave bags if arriving early or departing later) despite me asking to drop off bags at time of booking. It was cheap (relatively speaking and a bit better than some of the other motels in close proximity) but I would not recommend to anyone to stay in that general area unless you just want something "cheap and nasty".

Not a pleasant experience.

On-site laundry.

The extreme noise from Hwy 1. No coffee in the room. There was a coffee machine in the office but the office door is locked overnight and sometime into the late morning so no coffee available.

Clean room, comfy bed, nice associates

Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. When soap dispenser was not working the lady at the front gave me one.

Harley Davidson across the street was very loud into the night. Laundry facilities soap dispenser was not working. Homeless wondering the area and the hotel, loitering outside the rooms. I had to look out the peephole to make sure I could leave the room. No towels were in my room when we arrived, I had to find an associate to get clean towels.

Clean.

Needs comfortable seating. Bed needed one more pillow. Metal bed frame clangs loudly whenever you move around. Kind of a clinical environment. Not very warm and inviting.

Great place, parking situation can use work.

Parking situation was ok but at one point it was full I imagine it would of been a problem if I returned late at night and found no parking but glad i didn't have to experience that.
