Family Christmas break

The food was very good with lots of choice, fresh & tasty. The staff lovely people. Heating was on when we arrived. We had 2 bedrooms in our apartment very happy. Greeted by staff with mulled wine & traditional maltese biscuits. The shower was power shower & plenty of hot water. Clean sheets & towels. Beds were firm & comfortable.

It's a dated hotel so furniture was dark & old. I didn't like the lino on the bathroom floor as water was getting under it, I wore flip flops in the apartment.

Great stay at Topaz - good value for money

Great location very clean. Maids come every day and change towels make bed etc

You get what you pay for. Showers could be better (off the taps). Parking situation could be difficult if back after 4.30pm. We also got a ticket of 100 euro for accidentally parking in front of a tow zone - look out for a4 sheer stuck onto wall with gaffer tape!

Hotel was full of students, booked out I did not get the room I had booked. Only one lift was working most of the time.

Disappointing

Really nice location but hotel like from 70s. Nice stuff. Two pools (inside and outside) available.

Really poor WiFi (in our room only connection with it was in the bath tub). Probably they used to much refreshing spray before our check in(we could not get rid of that smell for few hours). You could hear children running around since really early morning till late evening.

Hotel was clean. Bar staff and the the female reception staff were excellent

The male reception staff need to learn to smile and perhaps a trip to customer service school. The hotel was no where near capacity but yet our room was not ready till 2pm Hotel rooms very dated

The room size was good. For economic choice it's good.

There is no sound isolation of the door. There were very noisy teenagers till late so it was imposible to sleep. The air freshener sprayed on the curtains was so strong that even after opening the balcony, one could not fall asleep for a long time because of the sweet smell. The view to the street was not nice. Hotel is worn out.
