A great hotel in a perfect location, and outrageously good value for money. The pictures matched the room. On arrival they offered us a choice of the room we booked or an upgrade to the top floor room for free. They showed us both, and we chose the top floor. This room came with the most stunning views of the bay, with two walls of the room being windows. This room also had a better bathroom (shower separated). Beds were hard - but surprisingly very comfortable. They offered breakfast - we were only there for 2 nights and spent our time on day trips so did not eat in the hotel.

The bedding and towels were clean (which is all you really need), however the surfaces in the room could have done with a good wipe and a dust. There also was a problem with ants, we didn't bring this up we just used a cloth to wipe them up a few times a day. We didn't want to swap our room. This shows it was nothing too bad but worth noting.

Great location and views.

People are very friendly. They will try to help whatever youre asking. I got an extra duvet when I asked. Views from the room unbeatable. Daily cleaning which is not common in Vietnam

Hotel with a perfect view

I asked for an upper floor and our room was facing the bay. I could take pictures from my bed!! Exellent value for money, the best view I've ever had in a hotel. The lady on the reception was really very helpful

Breakfast could have more things but it was on 9th floor so there was a wonderful view

Incredible and amazing value for money :)

Wow! Just Wow!!! The room was so comfy, the bed was huge, really comfy and cosy room but the view from the window made it exceptional, I only planned to stay for 2 nights but stayed for 5 instead. For how gorgeous it was it was tremendous value for money! I still can't believe how nice it was. Super easy to wonder around town from the place, everything was close by. I would definitely stay again. The staff were so lovely also and checked in how you were and if you were happy.

There was nothing I didn't like but booking makes you write something. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cat Ba who wants something fancy for ridiculously good price :) Would stay again.

The position of the hotel is great. The room was huge with a comfortable bed and tere is an amazing view on the port.

The room looked clean, however there were little ants everywhere and we even had a huge cockroach in the room. Our room was on 8th floor! The breakfast was so so. Be careful.
