Great from beginning to end. We brought our dog. The location was great. The staff went above and beyond. We loved there was a house car available even though it was a very walkable location

Mattress was comfortable. Nice shower.

Pillows were very uncomfortable and duvet was too hot. There was no option of just a light covering such as a sheet. We set the ac down to 65 which was as low as we could get it to go. Did not sleep well because of being so hot with only a duvet and no sheet available. Also very surprised at the mass of unsightly electrical cords right by the front desk. Such an eyesore and first thing I saw when walking into the hotel. Not what was shown in the photos of the hotel lobby. So surprised that you allow this unsightly wall for your guests to see as they check in! Doesn't leave a great first impression. Also very misleading info regarding the riverview/partial riverview. We chose to stay here for christmas but ended up checking out a day ahead due to 2 nights of lack of restful sleep. I guess you lure people in with misleading photos, get their money, then bid them farewell.

Parents stayed for their 50th wedding anniversary 11/16. Loved the suite and the friendly staff!

The location was perfect and the suite was stunning! The staff was amazing to my parents. It was their 50th wedding anniversary! Looking forward to booking again!

No complimentary breakfast included. There was a misstep in getting a complimentary charcuterie board and champagne to my parents room before they checked in. This was arranged days before their arrival. After a few calls, they did receive it the following morning.

Very clean, nice hotel, close to downtown Savannah

The hotel was super clean and the room was very nice. The bathroom was well kept, spacious, with plenty of towels and amenities. TV was big. Fridge and little food cabinet was well stocked with everything you could want. Bed was okay, a little firm but not too bad. Plenty of pillows and comforter was nice. Really enjoyed how big the room was overall with plenty of space to move around. Overall, very happy with the stay.

Main thing I didn't like was the mandatory valet. There really should be a parking lot with how much room there is around the hotel. You either have to pay for valet or feed the meter, which for the price of the hotel, I feel is ridiculous. Other than that, everything else was really great. Only other minor complaints being - the room was pretty warm even though we turned the A/C down. Don't know why the A/C couldn't pull the temp down. And, the bed didn't have a top sheet. Only bottom sheet and comforter, which was tolerable, but would have preferred a top sheet.

Great but disappointing

Great hotel

I left a hat in a room. Tried calling but no one ever picked up. Tried emailing and no one ever responded: Hello I believe I left my hat the night of August 31st in my savannah Thompson hotel room. I was on the 6th floor I do not remember the room number but it was overlooking the pool outside and to the right after exiting elevator. Perhaps 626 or 627. The hat is a baseball cap flat bill, maroon in color and say ALINE in legend stitched letters. I would be most grateful if this was found as it cannot be replaced and i would be happy to pay the bill for shipping as I live in Florida. Thank you Matthew lestarge
