Pleasant

The roof top pool and nightly drinks were a plus, the rooms were nice but a little small and not very much storage for suitcases

Nice hotel but hollywood is not the best place for a family

Nice hotel. Good wine and cheese every weekday at 5pm

The location wasnt good. A lot of homeless people all over the neighbourhood. I dont think its the best place for a family vacation.

Very noisy (club on roof deck) and rooms are not soundproof. Hot Water was not adequately working throughout my stay. Rooms are small

Great Location, very clean facility

I liked the location, the clean rooms the lobby, the valet service.

The staff was very great also the valet were very kind and helpful. but there is one guy working at the hotel reception was very dry and didnt have proper manners to work as a receptionist. He was unprofessional and unhelpful as well unfortunately I didnt get his name.

Reception staff are not friendly at all

Hotel is clearly new, everything still looks brand new The rooms are small but have all the amenities Liked the coffee machine in the room Shower has good pressure The pool seemed nice but we did not use it The Ukrainian staff was very friendly- he was the only person we liked at this hotel

The valet staff were more friendly than the actual hotel. Reception- the male staff was rude. No personality whatsoever, not friendly or helpful at all. Have also got charged twice for the transaction, the first transaction apparently got declined but the money left my account anyway so I had to bring it up with my bank as the hotel could not be helpful with that. Have not received my money back yet so will have to bring it up with booking.com in a few days the guy seemed like he doesnt want to be there and couldnt care less, had to use the Amex to pay for the hotel instead. Room- The bathroom doesnt have enough space for toiletries Not enough space to put your stuff, its mostly taken by the minibar The location is heaving with homeless people but if youre driving its fine Keep in mind the valet cost $65 per night

nice interior for a terrible area

I did not have breakfast here. the bed was comfortable and the curtains were good.

the location was NOT nice. I suppose that's an issue of the general area but I was apprehensive about taking my dog down the street to go to the bathroom and I was forced to valet my car, where the prices were basically extortion.

Very good

short but very sweet! Will stay again

The bathrobes were super lush! The room was very comfortable and spacious. My husband was unwell and when asking hotel staff for help they were super attentive and able to make us feel as comfortable as possible. thank you

nightclub is on top floor so be mindful when youre booking dates just in case you want to have an early night
