Shame there was no pool ! But overall it was a great stay

The only thing with the room was the smell of the fake leather head board. It was very strong! Aldo to save the hotel money raise the quality of your tissue box xx they break and you cant use them !

Fantastic Hotel. Everything was perfect,hotel,amenities,staff very friendly and helpful,room and facilities were excellent,we could not have had a better stay,food was beautifully cooked to perfection,we willdefinitely be visting here again very soon,and a huge thank you to Chris and Lucy for making our stay even better look forward to catching up with you both on our return.

Great find when visiting Oswestry - would go back.

Perfect location if you need to be in the town. The rooms, restaurant and bar are very nicely decorated and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

If it's raining, take an umbrella as it's a bit of a walk from the car park (at the back of the hotel) to reception.

The location is great but the standard has dropped massively from our last stay.

The standard has dropped the cleanliness has droppped and the staff dont seem to care.

Central location, beautifully decorated with lots of character. Good food and friendly staff. Good all round and would stay again

Lovely hotel for a stay in the town centre, close to amenities and tourist attractions.

The room was lovely, with a welcome note which was a nice touch. Restaurant was good. The good sized bed was comfortable. Bathroom with walk in shower was great for us as we are in our 70's. TV & Radio in room.

Rooms were on the second floor & no lift. So not good for very disabled persons. For breakfast had to ask for toast, there wasn't a machine to use for your own toast requirements.
