very quiet at night, farm living environment, a bit far from town centre but OK, and very welcoming owner / manager
My visit was not match with berry season, as the name of The Berry Farm visitors are expecting to taste and buy the berry. The kitchen and bathroom although exclusive / private is not at the same room with the bedroom.

Passable
Wouldn't return.
When we booked, we thought we were getting a place where kitchen and bathroom/toilet facilities were all included in chalet. It was only after we booked and paid we got this email"Bring your jandals for a hop skip and jump to your private bathroom/kitchen in a caravan.". Yeah right. Ok for Summer but not great in Winter to go to toilet.
That fact as mentioned above. Also, we wondered when driving in what we were coming to. A very run down property with dilapidated buildings, a broken down caravan, vehicles, and other stuff lying around that should have long been disposed of. Our chalet needed a clean outside as green from Winter and had "crap" lying around that should have been disposed of. We did our own meals and sitting outside we either looked at the owners property or their junkyard. Not good.

Thank you very much for accommodating Leeanne for two nights and especially helping her to feel comfortable, safe and welcomed. She loved when you and your granddaughter came out with milk! She said your moko was like a little angel! :)
