It was a good experience for our first time in mammoth mountain but the violation of privacy was not acceptable to us. W

It was beautiful and comfortable

The fact that staff entered our room to do maintenance without our approval and pushed past the door not disturb sign. Some excuse that we requested maintenance and they painted the back of the bathroom door and bathroom door frame. We never noticed an issue period and NEVER requested maintenance once during our stay.

Make fees apparent, i would enjoy the stay more

Location, pet friendly, champagne at check in

Hidden costs, per booking.com free parking, while i was charged 25/night. Resort fee was not apparent, i did not use any of their amenities. They should have made it very clear at check in One of their female staff with a white car (suv or station wagon)and colored hair keyed my car while parking at the public lot next to the hotel. I saw her coming out of the hotel back entrance, so i know she is hotel employee. At about 1pm. Hope karma comes back snd destroys her car

Valet personnel were very willing to help. Service was fast with room service. location was excellent for shopping, food along with evening entertainment.

When checking in staff member couldnt find my reservation somehow it was under a different name. Brought my dog, staff was very kind to my golden retriever

We enjoyed our stay, midweek and off seasonwe had the place to ourselves!

Room was great, spacious studio with king bed and sofa pull out, chair and coffee table, very clean upon arrival. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare food and cook, bed was super comfortable. Spacious refrigerator, which was available for our use and not prefilled with refreshments they want you to purchase. Freezer section actually froze my blue ice packs for our return trip home. Front desk staff exceptional- so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent, enjoyed several nice meals and complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby each morning. Elevator was close to room, a dog friendly hotel, appreciated the relief areas close to hotel entrance and parking, with poo bags and trash receptacle, very convenient for dog walking early and late. Parking was underground and secure. Enjoyed our stay!

Seems like the hotel is right across the street from the Village with restaurants/shopping areas, however its situated on a hillside and you must climb many steps to get from hotel to Village, or drive, or request a shuttle from the hotel.

Nothing, or at least I can say the breakfast menu was good and the dinner menu too, plus one of the waiter at breakfast a guy from Mexico was really nice.

Everything, I really had a terrible stay. When we arrived the Vallet were rude, they do not even help you with bags and they stated if you want to use us is 25 US Dollars. The shaved bellboy was extremely rude, receptionist were all rude especially a blonde guy in the evening and an asian american girl. It was pouring rain and they did not have enough umbrellas for customers, plus they charge them to your room cause they are afraid you might steal them. Room was badly kept, dirty, dusty, not rershed, lined were not ironed. The cleaning ladies were so rude, they would enter in the morning even if there was a sign do not disturb, and wouldn't even say sorry. (Read More)
