Poor

It was old, there were bugs and it was very small.

It was close to everything and it was cute outside the room.

The shower had barely any water pressure and it was super old in there. And I had to kill 3 huge centipedes that were on the chair. The bed was not very great either and it was super small in there.

Disappointing

Never again . . .

The cleaning lady was very pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent.

This is a historic property and thus understood that some aspects of the building are faltering. The room I had in particular was a queen with balcony view, but the floor was sloping horribly making the bed slope thus uneven. The bed due to this and the fact the mattress seemed very lumpy made for a bad nights sleep. The bathroom was terribly small and the shower was not a happy experience with poor water pressure and barely room to turn around. The toilet paper and tissue paper was super thin and cheap. TV service used streaming options, very confusing not user friendly and very poor choices. Frig was loud and I ended up unplugging. Mirror frame had been broken. In short, it wasn't worth the money at all.

Clean affordable lodging in a great location to explore Provincetown

It was quaint and clean. Bed and linens very cozy and comfortable. Location great and coupons for the coffee shop much appreciated.

I had problems with the tv. Minor issue but it kept losing connection.

The interior needs to be repainted alot of scuff marks and the carpet on the stairs needs to be replaced. Simply the interior needs a refresh.

A really lovely quiet stay at a charming yet tastefully updated inn.

I've stayed here before and I like it. It's a quaint but nicely updated B&B behind a restaurant (Spindler's) right on the main promenade, Commercial St, so it's quiet because it's off the street. There's a cozy front parlor when you enter and a really nice 24-7 coffee station. My room was really comfortable, stylish, clean, great bed, great walk-in shower, etc.

There was a lot of dirt/dust build up on the floor molding in the bathroom and on the closet floor - signs of a hasty cleaning job but it wasn't too annoying because these are not parts of the room you absolutely need to be clean, like the toilet, sink, shower, bed, etc, and all those were immaculate. But maybe the staff could pay a little more attention to dust-bunny floors, corners, floor molding etc.

Price is not justifiable for facilities or services offered.

Location was convenient and facilities were clean.

Experiences with staff were not pleasant. In fact, multiple staff members ignored our greeting throughout our stay. However, Amy (I may be wrong) was very welcoming and great upon arrival. Dislikes: No room service, no offer for linen change or bed making, coffee bar insufficient, no water available for guests, bed and linens very uncomfortable, and the room was in need of many cosmetic repairs. Lastly, there is NO parking on site despite the description.
