Was very nice place just room could of been warmer

Good location lovely old building friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent Staff very helpful and clean.

The rooms felt cold even when we put the heating on.

Adorable festive place.

The breakfast was great. The people were so friendly I actually wished I could have stayed longer. Even the people frequenting the bar were lovely and welcoming. Also, I love any room where I can open the window.

No lift. I had heavy luggage with me so a lift would have been great. Cant really complain though because one of the staff helped me with my bags.

Location and staff excellent, booked executive room but more like a standard.

Not bad, could be better. Location excellent.

Hardly any Toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet could be centralised, no side plates on the table, butter or marmalades.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Warwick town centre

The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Warwick so ideal location for exploring on foot, the breakfast was really good, you can help yourself to fruit juices and cereals and then they come to take your hot breakfast order to which i was surprised as i asked for a full English and the waitress said ok sir, how many sausages rashers of bacon eggs etc which is unusual in my experience as the breakfast is normally set unless its a buffet style so for me i found that a very refreshing approach

Nothing much not to like to be honest except maybe signage should be erected to direct you to the small carpark at the back of the hotel, or at least put a sign up at the little entrance to the carpark to say it belongs to the Warwick Arms Hotel.

Excellent customer service, staff polite, friendly and attentive. Although didn't have a cooked breakfast the continental was very good quality. Bed very comfortable and spotless linen if a little rough on the towel front. Good facilities - tea tray, full length mirror, bin (surprising how many establishments forget this), toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) and coat hangers. TV good size and situated at an appropriate height however lost connection intermittently - little annoying in the middle of a program.

Cleanliness in the room did not match that of the dining area. Cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed (not pleasant for someone with a phobia of spiders) and shower unit definitely needed a deep clean. ?dirt ? mould around door and base and handle had not been cleaned in a while. Did not use the shower due to this but toilet and sink were clean. Could do with a more suitable window covering - blind did not fully cover the window and was letting in a noticeable draft. Stay sum up: stayed in a much larger and cleaner room at a travel lodge recently for half the cost, however ideal location and would look to stay the night again if needed to be close to the office. If you're like me and value customer service you will appreciate the staff at this location but cleanliness could do with improvement.

Relaxing, contented and looking forward to returning in a few weeks time

Almost everything. The staff were all very polite, friendly and courteous. Immediately I walked in Claire welcomed me and immediately made me feel at home. This kind of reception was repeated throughout by everyone of the staff. The food was excellent, the chef actually knew how to cook my steak, ( which I dont find very often) overall the range and quality of the food was first class. The room was spacious and comfortable and I would highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning in a few weeks.
