Not coming back ever

Location

This was an old rundown property. The staff took a deposit without disclosing. And it was a charge , not a good, which took over 5 days to call in for refund ridiculous Breakfast was pathetic and in a very dirty room

Lovely building, decor and surroundings. Spa and pool area were terrific.

Lovely decor and clean room.

How about a croissant at breakfast? First morning, there was no creamer for coffee. I would have liked option of decaf coffee. All parking spots were taken when we returned from dinner after 10pm , so I had to move the cones and park on the side near the airstream trailer. Was apparently okay, so all was good.

Great for campers, maybe a one night motel stay only, a place to rest.

I think the place is great for campers, apparently a great fishing location.

The room was so dark, dark paneling, dim lighting, Mold around the trim in the shower. Poor internet, no tv. The area is beautiful, maybe the cabins are better, but the motel needs updated. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A beautiful building which has failed to provide expected amenities.

The property is beautiful but, lacking some of the major things you would expect from a $300 a night hotel.

There is no TV in the rooms or refrigerator.

Superb

Breakfast was delicious and good quality. It was delightful experience as it was served by the very friendly Janice who is extremely focused on delivering excellent service!

There should have been a safe in the room to allow guests to lock up their valuables. Also, we have to request for the coffee machine as it was not in the room when we checked in.

Poor

They are very strict about their checkin times. I told them in advance that my flight didnt arrive until late at night, they said they would accommodate it, but when I got to the hotel, I was outside locked out for 20 minutes and I kept calling and no one answered. I ended up waking up a neighbor to help me. My recommendation is for them to figure out an alternative late checkin procedure.

Room was wonderful. The stairs were beautiful but ridiculous.

Beautiful Villa. Not a very attractive check in. No one really told us about the private club that was the main facility. The breakfast was awesome and the woman who made the food and served it was wonderful; charming, accommodating and a good cook!

The stairs up to the room at the villa were outrageous. who could drag their suitcases up them! Fortunately we had one large suitcase and dragged it up. when we left we almost literally let it slide down. parking spaces were for compacts. whats with the concrete separators??
