Alan and Cathy our hosts, we're very welcoming and made us a nice cup of tea on arrival. Our room was very pleasant and spotlessly clean Full English breakfast was again excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone. We will certainly always stay there when we are in Skegness.

Had a lovely welcome and a lovely coffee.lovely room and ensuite bathroom,plenty of room in our bedroom,just miss a nice comfy small bucket chair to sit and read comfortable in,in our room.

There was nothing we did not like,just missed sitting in a small comfy chair,with a bad kneck and back it's nice to sit comfy.
