Very good

Koh Toa is not what you expect

set just right amount of distance from main Sairee Beach

not enough comfortable chairs to relax either on balcony or by pool. Quite expensive for Thailand

The pool was nice, Jane in reception was doing the extra mile and was super nice. In general the staff was very welcoming

Stairs was slippy when wet (I twisted my leg), my balcony furniture was full of cat hair and the cleaning team forgot to lock my balcony door 3 times after cleaning Food: they add too much shredded pepper to every dish

Lovely place with space of improvement

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great option with city shuttle and pick-up whenever needed! We had Villa with nice view, other rooms might be differently rated

- English level of staff could be better - Breakfast is bit boring, every day the same so some changes would be nice - rooftop bar could be used much better, actually its not interesting to spend time there

The rooms/villas with view are good but the rest was rather ok

the view, comfortable beds, staff was very friendly, golf car service for the upper rooms/ villas free shuttle from/to the pier and sairee beach multiple times a day

the pool area (one pool was occupied by divers during the day, the other looked a little worn down and the dark tiles made the area look a bit cold and unappealing) breakfast looked way better on the pictures than it was in reality overall the images shown in booking looked more promising than it was

Amazing staff. Just above and beyond. Nice rooms. Restaurant is excellent. Amazing views from the hotel and room.

Wifi spotty. Like everywhere else. The location is good but a little bit up a hill. The hotel will come get you, however, so this wasn't bad at all. It's worth it for the views.

Brilliant place to stay!

Amazing views from the hotel, which is a nice short distance from the busy area of Sairee Beach. Lovely pool, and one of the few places where it doesnt feel like theyve cramped as much accommodation as they can into small spaces. One of the best breakfasts of our month in SE Asia.

Our villa was quite dark with minimal lighting, which is great at night but sometimes even with all lights on you couldnt see clearly inside. The shower also didnt drain very well so whenever you got in there was a lot of water from the previous shower the day before. However these are just little things and did not impact our stay much.

Incredibly relaxing and close to main beach

Very relaxing, tranquil place! We stayed in the ocean view room and it was beautiful and relaxing having a coffee on the balcony looking out over the jungle and sea. Bed and bedding super comfy! Very classy modern design and relaxing colour palette! Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast. Free shuttles to and from the beach but we mainly walked down to the beach (only 10min).

Mosquitos galore on the balcony. Went during rainy season so not a resort problem, more the weather. Room has mosquito candle provided but you will need a lighter.

The view from the seaview villa.

- the room was VERY far from the lobby and entrance. The golf cart service takes forever to arrive and take you. - TV didn't work. - Hot water was barely warm. - I arrived at 0930 and there was no food left for breakfast (they tell you it's until 10am).
