Very good

Nice location. Great toilet and shower! Rooms had a washing machine / dryer which was really handy. Rooms also had a great sound system you could use via bluetooth.

Good location

No breakfast included for the room. We stayed in The Tango because it was convenient to visit my son who lives nearby. It has easy access to all locations in Taipei.

The room is too small for the price we paid.The end of the bed was close up to the wall with little space to walk pass it. The room and corridor are lacking in natural light. The washing machine/ dryer does not dry the clothes well even set to the highest temperature. It is only 90% dry as confirmed by the staff from hotel.

Very good

Many modern amenities packed into a small room. The capsule coffee machine makes good coffee. Bed was comfortable. The shower was very strong and nice. I like the heated toilet seat. Four bottles of water were provided daily and to keep us hydrated. The washing machine is handy for longer stays.

Room was small. It would be nice if there's a clothes rack.

Good

breakfast is good but price is a little high($300 Taiwan Yuan) and there is no discount for the in clients. Front desk personals are very nice and helpful. The cleaning stuff are very polite too. Rooms are comfortable, not huge but decent. There is tea and coffee and some cookies for the clients in the breakfast are for free which is nice. The cleaning team work very hard to keep the place clean and comfortable. I had a good experience. I recommend booking in advance to be able to get better deals.

suggest to offer discount for the breakfast. Update your carpet

Luxury stay for us.

The comfort of the room. Nice bed. Nice pillow. Nice bathroom with bathtub, separate shower room. Complete set of toiletries. A lot of international TV channels. When too tired of walking and touring outside, it is really nice to just stay in the room to chill and relax. Thank you for a great room.

The room light is little to dim at certain corners in the room. But never an issue to us. Bathroom light is bright.

Probably will not go back to this hotel again .

The room is very tiny, the only thing my daughter and I liked was the jacuzzi tub with changing lighting.

I booked the room with booking.com, the only reason I booked it was because theres a washer on a balcony next to the room. However, when I checked in, the front desk refused to give me that room type, so I paid additional US $102 to stay in that type of room. The entire staff had no smiles on any of them. We stayed 4 nights, never had anyone greeted us. The room was dark, even we turned on all lights.

free upgrade to a corner room with a big bathroom with a big bath tub room is spacious and very clean bed and pillows are comfortable staff are friendly and professional

a little bit of walk to the nearest station but it did not bother us much we like walking
