The lively bar has a great selection of (Read More)ales and friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located but parking can be a challenge. Overall, it is highly recommended for its charm, atmosphere, and welcoming staff.

One night in Lancaster.

A very comfortable room. An excellent bar. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was excellent. But Lancaster is not car friendly. Best travel by train or park out of the centre.

Great place to stay when visiting Lancaster.

The location is wonderful as it is very close to the city centre,but in a fairly quiet side street. The hotel/bar is very stylish and has a great atmosphere. Room was immaculate and the huge bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly.Overall a really good experience.

We were on the very top floor,so though it was great for it being quiet and peaceful the stairs were a bit of a drag for my husband as he has a bad knee. Our fault for not letting them know at the time of bookling!

Very good location for Lancaster..parking was an issue but the hotel were aware and did notify us

Lovely spacious room and comfortable bed. Unfortunately there was no hot water from the shower in our room

Nice place, nice staff, would stay again.

Nice place, a little dated but clean. Great location, close to everything in town. Very good food in the restaurant. No air conditioning but windows opened. No USB charging port in the room but there is one in the restaurant area.

Extraordinary. One of the best in Lancaster.

Such a fantastic hotel in the heart of Lancaster! its an historical building housing one of the most beautiful pubs in Lancaster and the rooms were so tastefully decorated. Felt very homely and welcoming :)

Just a small inconvenience: the water temperature in the shower constantly fluctuated from warm to cold during our stay.
