The toilet wouldnt flush properly and a large faeces in the toilet on our arrival

Great location of a hotel staff lovely but very basic rooms at best

The location could not have been better

There was a broken tile in the bathroom with a very sharp edge. No plug for the bath and there was not water from the cold tap seemed to be an air lock in the pipes

Fine for somewhere to sleep, but not good.

Reception staff were nice and attentive.

Bath was old and chipped with some rust, the radiator was also bleeding rust, and our room was not provided towels. The shower pressure was not great. Clean enough but very very basic. At 9am in the morning someone also walked into our room while we were asleep but they apologised and left before we even saw who it was. Not sure why they came in as we were half asleep but it definitely made us certain we would not return with all other issues in mind.

Room was absolutely freezing, heating wasnt strong enough to heat the room so had to sit with a big coat on in the room. No electricity points by the bed or the desk to be able to work. Hotel is horrible and outdated. Complained to the hotel about this via email and didnt have the decency to even acknowledge this
