Location!! The best for koh Tao. Bed was super comfy and good tv with Netflix. It was very clean and spacious. No bad smells or ants/ insects

Airconditioning broken making very loud noise and the owner of the hotel screamed at me

Big room

I couldn't sleep because the airconditioning in the room next to me was broken and made a very loud noise. Then the owner started screaming at me because I had checked out later (here it says 12 but he said it was 11) while it took him 2 days to fix the issue and I didn't have good rest... He wanted to keep my deposit for the key because I was late and I thought this was unfair

Clean, well located hotel driven by always smiling people. We have extended our stay 2 times as we were very happy.

Electricity was jumping off, but the hotel was very helpful in fixing it.

Amazing, great value for money!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants, and loads of dive shops nearby. The room was lovely and clean, fresh towels and water given daily. We loved it here so much we stayed an extra night. The staff also helped up us transport to our next city.

There were quite a lot of geckos in and around our room, they wasnt an issue and its not fault of the owners.

Great value for money. Nicely sized rooms with comfortable bed, AC and TV. Owner is very nice and helped return glasses that were left in a taxi. Very helpful in organising trips and transfers. Great location!

Very bad experience. not recommended

The location is quite central and close to the main street

The room was outdated. The furniture was dirty. There was an ant problem in the room and even holes in the wall and mold on the walls. The drain in the shower did not work as required and caused flooding in the shower room. The air conditioner is aimed at the head of the bed. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel reception was used as a kindergarten for the employees and the staff was nervous all the time. It was not possible to pay with a credit card on the excuse that there was no machine, so they charged me another 5 percent on the price and forced me to travel with the employee to a distant store to pay. Terrible and unsafe experience. Do not recommend the hotel at all.
