Fantastic stay. However, lack of connection with staff means there is no reason for me to go back.
I liked the old english style decor and feel of the place. It was also located in a nice location that was near the townships. We booked a suite, which was large enough for our family of four.
However, the room was beside the main road and we could hear the buzz of vehicles late into the night and very early in the morning. Also, the reception staff could have easily done better by being friendlier. I made it a point to say hello and good morning every time i saw the two ladies. Unfortunately, they always looked like they did not enjoy doing their job. :(

Very nice and attentive staff in the Restaurant and Bar. Lovely Garden and Hotel area
Staff at the reception had quite an attitude, made you feel like you should not be here. Everything seems a bit run down. Food just OK.

Staffs were warm and friendly. Breakfast was our favourite part of the stay.
The place is definitely dated. It desperately needs updating. The place is clean but there are plenty of rooms for improvement.
