We were visiting family and this place is really handy.

Good size, warm and comfortable.

Although the bath in the bedroom is great it made getting around that side difficult. Having said that we would definitely book it again.

Beautifully finished, comfortable and a super convenient location for the town. Nice and quiet though, no street noise and it was a Saturday night!

Bed was a little soft but slept well so cant complain!

Central Morpeth stay

The property is really well located for access to Morpeth, its a very nice renovation and the property is very warm. The bath in the main bedroom is wonderful, and great to have two large smart tvs.

As other guests have commented, it needs some tlc. There are a lot of basics missing or not enough of them - particularly in the kitchen. Also things that need replacing as they are broken or stained. No wood for the fire for a November stay, this was a main selling point and raised this when I got there and host promised to deliver it the next morning, but it didnt arrive and I never heard anything back.

Lovely contemporary interior design, very cosy, plenty of options available on smart tv, great location.

Not much not to like but a little welcome refreshment would have been a nice touch (there's no tea, coffee or milk etc).

Cozy cottage

The secret cottage is a lovely place to stay! The bath in the bedroom was a delight. Plenty of room for the kids sharing the second room. Great location and plenty to do in the surrounding area! Would reccommend.

Very good

Lovely cottage in quiet central location.

Nice cottage in central location, but quiet, peaceful area. Nice to have separate loo upstairs and beautiful roll-top bath in main bedroom. Nice kitchen area and lounge.

Would have liked better quality quilts, pillows, bedlinen, and towels. Although these were adequate, they weren't really up to the standard of the decor and finish of the rest of the cottage. No outside parking, but we were aware of this prior to visit.
