Clean apartment

Other cars constantly parking in our designated carpark. Meaning we had to park outside the resort and walk. No aircon in 2nd bedroom, constantly 27degrees in bedroom. Ceiling fan not properly working either. Noise from neighbouring apartments with scrapping chairs and running up and down apartments. Not worth the money to stay.

Superb

A great place to stay. Close to all amenities and beach and great amenities there also.

We stayed in a beach house overlooking the lagoon. The position was excellent and the beach house was huge and great for two families.

A couple of things didnt work eg garage door didnt close and towel racks had come off the wall.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful view and facilities. Beds comfy and apartment had awesome facilities. great places to walk and the lagoon is a great place to swim and relax.

Very good

Overall had a nice staying

We were impressed by size of apartment and bedrooms. Quite new kitchen appliances, crockery, utensils. Water pressure as well.

One thing we did not like was air conditioner did not work on second bedroom and third bedroom on hot days.

Great. Wish it was longer and would have extended the trip if there was availability. We will be back next year.

Location and facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in a little earlier.

No garage remote to enter the building which was a pain but didnt ruin the trip. It was just inconvenient.

We were there for our son's wedding at the Novertel Twin Waters and the Sebl being connected o the Novertel worked p

The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Great view to the driver from ours was unexpected. The lake and wildlife was a hit big hit for the kids and us.

Peaceful

It was clean and the location was very quiet.

The shared facilities and activities with the Novotel were disappointing - restaurant, cafe, water craft beach facilities were tired and needed repair. It was a fair way into town to get supplies.
