Uninspiring!

Not a lot!

Booked a night, NYE 2023, only realised a day before there was no mention of food available, dinner or breakfast with the booking! Reasons given, no chef, then refurbishing the kitchen! We arranged to visit a relative nearby for food. We found the room very dated and tired, but believe the hotel is being refurbished, so overlooked this. Then found no hot water on arrival, so no shower and only a cold wash! Still no hot water 5 hours later, and none in the morning! We thought nothing else could go wrong, but, the bed was very uncomfortable with springs broken or too near the surface, so bad that in the morning I realised that the uncomfortable springs had caused a huge bruise on my thigh! (Photos to prove.) Luckily we only had 1 night here!

Superb

Spacious clean room with great views. Friendly staff and great value. Dog friendly and great location with the beach a few steps away

Nothing of any concern. Water was a bit slow to warm up but we were warned about it and it wasn't a oroblem

Cheap and cheerful

Good location, friendly staff. Room was dated and could do with a refresh but bed was comfortable and we slept well.

We booked bed and breakfast but upon arrival was told that the kitchen was not open for breakfast due to number of guests, which I understand. However, I was still charged for the full bed and breakfast cost and not for just room only.
