Location

Prior my staying in the Hotel I wrote via e-mail (directly to the hotel and via Booking too) repeatedly about transportation to go to Rushmore Memorial Park or Crazy Horse, and nobody never answer me. Nobody help me . This was so awful for me. Never happened to me before!!

Pleasant stay for passing through one night

Beds were extremely comfortable

Window was broken in room and wouldnt close properly; allowing cold air to blow in Heating system very loud in room kept kicking on because of cold air blowing in room

Excellent!

It is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown Rapid City. Everything, from the very affordable shuttle to the staff (incredibly helpful) to the very nice restaurant, was top notch! I was very impressed and if Im ever in Rapid City again, Ill definitely stay here.
