Very good

Fantastic stay in a great location

Staff were excellent, very accommodating and more than happy to help, we even got upgraded which was a lovely surprise. Fantastic location. Room and view was beautiful. Made for a great stay.

Heating was on a timer so the radiators turned off during the day and night (only came on for a little bit in the morning and evening) as we stayed in Decemeber this meant that it got very cold.

It was exceptional. The property had a great location, the interiors were great, the facilities in the rooms were amazing. The staff/Administration were exceptional. Special thanks to Fred and Aaron for making being so warm and hospitable.

This was the perfect hotel experience

Everything from start to finish was a breeze. Excellent service in all regards. A very pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel very highly. Staff were incredibly helpful and available to answer any questions.

The door stop next to the bath in the bathroom was rather a hazard when getting out of the bath.

Lovely stay

The hotel was very clean and I was very happy with our room. We were placed in the Dickens room which I was happy with, it is one of the older rooms but I liked the feel of stepping back in time with a touch of class. Great location.

Good thing in Lancaster.

The location is great. Bed is quite comfortable. The bath is OK. Restaurant is very good and it is just downstairs. It is citi center.

The bath might be more comfortable. And I do not understand why the key should be always left within concierge. Otherwise is very good and convenient.

No supper or cooked breakfast in Dickens's hotel.

Friendly welcome. Pleasant room.

We were disappointed to find that supper and cooked breakfast were unavailable. These had been high on our list of reasons for choosing the hotel. Why the kitchen was closed in the run up to Christmas was not adequately explained. Had Dickens, a former guest, returned to the hotel he would have summoned some choice words.
