The location near the beach and major attractions was ideal, and the extra care sho (Read More)wn by the hosts, such as providing a bed for a young son and leaving flowers for a special occasion, was much appreciated. Delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, and free parking added to the overall positive experience. Looking forward to returning next year.

Relaxing, conveniently located, hospitable and great breakfast!
Gary & Jackie were so hospitable. We had an amazing cooked breakfast, with plenty of tea/coffee. They took the time for conversation each morning. They have only been there for two months but still honoured our booking. Yes, the rooms are tired, but when the guest house is refurbished, it'll be lovely and perfect for a stay just off the main promenade of Weymouth beach. Free parking, 5-10min walk to the front and regular buses, which stop nearby..

Weymouth Ironman Weekend B&B! We'll be back!
Fantastic couple running this cute little b&b, they've only recently taken over so they want to refurb but the facilities were great. Comfy double bed, TV and good wardrobe storage, big shower and hot water! Was staying over the Ironman weekend and appreciated the hot shower on finishing! Great breakfast served every morning and they even facilitated an early breakfast for me on the morning of the IM. Free parking for 1 car/room. Quiet inside and secure. Great access to the beach front (roughly 5-10 mins walk). We can't wait to come back and see the refurb! Thank you!

I would return to the Roseview and I would recommend it to my family and friends
There was an excellent choice for breakfast and it was well cooked and hot on arrival. The room was clean spacious and quiet. The guest house was set back a little from the seafront but it had free parking and bus stops in both directions close by
The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter.

Would definitely recommend and will look to return here.
Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Room was fresh and very clean. Bed was very comfy as it was a new mattress. Breakfast was superb.
Room did not have an en suite but the owners did not let the other bedroom. So it was not shared with anyone else - just not in the main room.

Loved the owners who are doing a brilliant job in every way.
Location was great as you could walk easily to all the places in Weymouth town.
