We had a wonderful time. Great place, great service and location.

self service breakfast was great, but more variety in pastry would be good, if you stay more than one night. Perfectly clean and tidy and location fab

It was a bit cold in the room, but the weather was very cold, to be fair. Everything else was great. We enjoyed out stay and the comfort.

A little disgruntled with the bed situation and basic breakfast but overall I was reasonably happy

Location. Cleanliness. Friendly staff.

The room was advertised as a twin with a picture of and double bed and a single bed. Although technically this was fulfilled, the single bed was a bunk bed on top of the double bed. If I had known this I probably wouldn't have booked. Also, the advertising for the breakfast led me to believe it would be a full english because there was an optional 4 breakfast to add on, which sounded like a cheaper option. In fact, the included breakfast was the same as the 4 optional breakfast.

Amazing value for money!

Great location. Super clean and perfectly presented facilities. "Shared bathroom" was more than expected with multiple seperate shower rooms and toilets all in one "block" on the 1st floor. Not a single issue! Comfy bed and great kitchen with everything you could need with a great breakfast on offer! Hosts were friendly and communicative.

Great location, good facilities and really nice hosts.

The owners were really friendly and their communication before arrival was great. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Cardiff but on a quiet street, so not too noisy. Highly recommend for stay in Cardiff.

Fantastic

I stayed 3 weeks, and I felt like a home in another country. It was safe, the place was exceptionally tidy, and the location was perfect. Any issues I had were promptly resolved, thanks to the owners who were consistently helpful. I would highly recommend it.
