The staff in the available facilities.

The bed was squeaky, the iron was cheap, leaked and ruined my wife's shirt, The shower temperature could not be regulated and would fluctuate drastically without even being touched. I had to stand in the shower with my wife and manually operate the handle to prevent her from being scalded. I then had to take a cold shower. I expected far better accommodations for a room costing seven hundred dollars for a one night stay.

I didnt For the price and the staff available there should never be thugs standing 2 feet from the door offering drugs to people. After 9pm on the weekends staff should not be letting anyone near that door that doesnt have access to building ! Very disappointing trip.

My fianc and I had the most amazing time at the Ritz-Carlton and would not change anything.

The staff was amazing. The room was absolutely perfect. The room service was excellent and the food. Thanks to everyone at this amazing hotel!
