DON'T book non-refundable unless you KNOW the conditions will be good.

Looked like it would have been a great location.

I booked this for a ski trip when there was a huge storm coming in, but sadly the storm never came so there was no snow to ski. I tried to re-schedule, since it was non-refundable, but was given the runaround by both the property and booking.com - each said the other had to make the change. Long story short, I wasted a LOT of money for a trip that I didn't take, and there was NO customer service or communication.

Ice rink

The only VERY negative thing was super loud noise your snow vehicle made EVERY single night at 2:30am!!!! Woke me up and my family every night! The village/resort is pretty dead, there is nothing to do except to ski. After 4pm, there are only a few dining options, food mediocre for those high prices. I would love to see this place more lively.

village was extremely quite. many shops and stores were not even open.

Living room TV location needs to be adjusted. Almost everyone ended up with neck pain. Key cards to the building and unit had to be changed 6times. Having had a wheelchair, it would have been very useful to have had grab bars in at least one of the bathrooms, as I had requested before arrival.

Exceptional

Perfection for our fast anniversary weekend at Tahoe!!! Sheer bliss for our weekend away! Grateful!!

The spaciousness, great bathrooms, great kitchen, the Tahoe look and ambience in the villa and around the whole area. The proximity to the elevators and the villa. The proximity of the available parking. The friendliness of the few people that we did see there. The ice making in the freezer on site in the residence. The fireplace right there. And the location of the TV in the bedroom! And the bed was super comfortable! Loved the look of the king-sized 4-poster bed too! And great views out of the windows!

Nothing! Nothing not to like! Can't wait to come back!!!

We would return. We were told the rude person wont be working there much longer

It was a very nice condo especially the gourmet kitchen.

The front desk staff was rude but a nice person intervened. It was difficult to find the parking garage- no signs up for one village place to direct you

Superb

The property itself was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was well maintained and the room was excellent for the family.

The breakfast was very mediocre and can definitely be better. There wasn't any cleaning during the stay which was a surprise.

Superb

Pricey but very nice hotel

The two Villa we had was amazing in terms of space and cleanliness. Location was also good, very close to different beaches. We didnt use the other facilities like spa, fitness center etc so I dont know if they were good or not but I suppose yes. They have the gondola literally inside the hotel.

Very good

Quiet luxury surrounded by beautiful nature

The location was very quiet and surrounded by natureI was woken up by the sound of birds singing, which was really nice. The unit was very spacious for two people and had every amenity you could need during your stay. The hot tub and sauna in the fitness/spa was great to use at the end of the day after a very long drive out to Truckee.

The room rate was very expensive. The check-in process is a bit confusing because you have to check in at a different location and follow a long list of instructions before you finally get to your room. The food establishments open late and close early (maybe because its the summer?) which necessitated us getting breakfast in the town of Truckee.
