Exceptional

Good place to stay with family and the pool is awesome.

The depth of the swimming pool (9ft) is very satisfied. The beach is so clean and near the hotel.

The rate of hotel should be reduced and the time limit to use the pool.

The view is nice

The apartment is poorly maintaned. The water heater was faulty. We experienced power failure at night. This apartment is privately owned and it is not managed by Regency Tanjung Tuan

Passable

passable not really worth the money when its peak season

the only good part of this resort is location, near to the beach and unit is sea view, car park is easy, easy check in/ out procedure

run down facility, only 1 lift is functioning, at night hallway is straight out of horror movie, lamps in hallway are blinking and so dim we barely can see anything. unit is consider clean but with old furnitures. water heater is not functioning. Pls fix the front door and tv extensions.

Passable

When I reached here, lift not function. I used stair to 5th floor and carried ie luggage, food and others. Just image I'm 52 years old to used stair to 5th floor. Kettle also broken (bocor). Nasib baik tak meletup.
