Great stay!

Great hotel! Rooms are big and clean. Internet works very well as we had to do some work for few days. Fruit platter was a very nice touch in the room. We got few massages that were amazing! Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety and omelette station. We ate few dinners as well and it was really good. Pool and beach was very nice. We did some snorkel that is right off the beach. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you!

Nice enough for a short weekend away from the city.

Nice big room. Friendly staff. Very polite. Nice views. Good fireworks. Internet was pretty good. Breakfast was ok.

Lack of food choices. Only one restaurant at night. No in room dining. Only one smoking area outside in the rain.

New facility and modern style.

I was satisfied with the new facilities of hotel..

As I experienced, some of rooms are not suitable for luxury customers. When I booked the rooms, I did not know my rooms status, which is cannot see the sea view. For me, some of cheaper price was not big matter. If I stayed the room that can see sea view, I would be satisfied more. Anyway, I was good so far

Modern, spacy and comfortable rooms with nice view, little beach access for swimming, can't say it's a beach, bakery is nice, staff is friendly

95 % Koreans but not a problem, poor F&B concept, food not really tasty, almost no vegetarian options, not flexible for individual wishes, very simple breakfast not appropriate for this price level

Superb

This was the best hotel I stayed in on Cebu. It was comfortable, the pool had a great view, the room had an even better one, the breakfast was excellent - a buffet with a huge spread, an egg station, fruit station, juice station, cereal bar, viennoiserie bar, everything was quite mind-blowing. The hotel also has an in-house bakery with soft serves and pretty good pastries. The cloud motif on all the toiletries and bedroom slippers was very chic.

The boutique was not open. Hotel lobby air-conditioning also wasn't turned on a lot of the time. In lieu of keycards they give you these flimsy rubber waterproof wrist strap things that can't be properly secured to your wrist, and then charge you an arm and a leg if you lose them.
