Pleasant

The pool had no sunbeds and the bar doesn't exist anymore. In general the facilities were just not the best anymore. We stayed there 5 years ago and it wasn't recognisable anymore!

A very pleasant and smooth experience

Very easy and quick access, the room is quite spacious and the beds are really comfortable to sleep on.

Very good

The location is great and right at the heart of the city. It is close to the LRT and shopping malls of Bukit Bintang and KLCC area. The rooms are huge with decent amenities. I appreciate that the appliances like the iron and hair dryer worked. The staff at ground floor was helpful and the WhatsApp communication was clear.

Some maintenance issues like light bulb spoilt in the toilet. I didn't have time to request for a change as I was out with a full itinerary. As the other reviewers have shared, there's no room cleaning service and no coffee pods for a coffee machine.

Responsive and helpful host. Great stay with great location (5 mins from nearest KJL)

The hotel was very helpful. I arrived to the city early and they were really responsive and helpful. In the checkout day my flight was at night and they were very understanding and giving me a late check out too

Apart from the toilet tissue being almost out, everything was fine
