What I liked is that the security is super good and very helpful. They are ready to help you And everything was clean too.

What I didn't like was one thing: the Internet doesn't work very well. One moment you have it, another second you don't and if you are transferring money it can give you serious problems like it did with me.

Avoid the whole persimmon studios there are cockroaches

We didnt really liked the property, the location isnt as good as we thought. The building itself looks dirty and the environment surrounding the area looks sketchy. We appreciate the staffs effort to make our stay bearable but we just really didnt liked it.

The first room we were assigned to stay has small cockroaches around the kitchen and the toilet area and we then got so uncomfortable of staying within the room and the building. We were told when we came there that there were regular pest control around the building and sometimes there are some cockroaches popping out whenever and that if in case I see some I just have to report to them so they can spray some disinfectant. We then decided to just stay somewhere more expensive since we cant really deem sleeping there as there might be cockroaches that might appear out of nowhere.

Generous size room however poor sanitation levels

The room was a generous size. Staff seemed very nice at reception too.

The property was quite dirty upon arrival, especially within the bathroom. There were several hair balls throughout along with several areas around the toilet.
