    The owner / manager was very welcoming. The room and communal areas were very clean.
    The only thing I didn't like was the thickness of the pillows. They were both very thick. I prefer thinner pillows, so I slept without a pillow.

    As always the ormonde is so good clean and spotless and very pleasant and helpful in every way
    Always clean and tidy and location is perfect for town centre

    Good value basic hotel
    The guy on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. For the price, a very good 2 star hotel which definitely meets expectations. The bed was on the firmer side which I don't mind - much rather that than a bumpy bed! very good location near the train station and the main centre.
    Pillows could have been softer.

    Spotless clean. Friendly welcome. Convenient location. Exceptionally warm. Great firm mattress. Easy to leave in luggage after check-out.
    The pillow is firm and too high - impossible for me to sleep on.
