The Orient Jakarta, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, is praised for its unique and artful decor. Guests compliment the cozy and comfortable rooms, with fantastic showers and comfortable beds. The only downside is the noise from the main road. Almost perfect!
Rooms were comfy and the interior design was very interesting.
The rooms are not sound proof and you can head everything in the hall way and other rooms, the hotel got busy on our second night there with lots of families and their kids, they were running and shouting in the hallway until 1am, we called the reception twice and they didnt do anything, they offered us 2 hours late check out on the following day. Breakfast was really nice the first day, but when the hotel got busier the service and quality of food dropped.

The Breakfast menus are insanely delicious and The staffs are extremely helpful to meet your expectations :)
The Lift service was taking forever! The room is quite small for 5 stars Hotel :) and The Bathroom was clogged that causes overflow of water and unfortunately they didn't arrange for a room replacement during my stay

Unique hotel and great service.
All Staff were very helpful and friendly. Request to change rooms after our first night was easily arranged by Yoni. He was a great help with our stay and a credit to the hotel. Facilities were fantastic and unique. Close to MRT so easy to move around and avoid Jakarta traffic.
Had the breakfast buffet every morning as it was a good selection of items. The only minus was that some of the hot breakfast items were usually cold. I suspect the heated serving containers were not working. Only a small issue on an otherwise great stay.

A superb boutique hotel experience, staff is amazaingly sweet, helped us find a moto bike rental, which was impossible to find on google
Sound insolation from windows facing Jl Surdiman could be better, thus the evening jam from tunes motor bikes in the street is pretty bad.
