Fab stay for group of friends with lots of places in easy reach

Location (Main Street of beautiful town) and helpfulness of Karen (caretaker who went above and beyond to answer my questions in a v timely fashion)

Nothing to dislike but decor much more tired than the photos suggest. However clean, comfortable and everything worked!

Beautiful Big house right in centre of village, lots of space for everyone! staff sitting booking were great!

place needed a bit of upgrading, furniture etc, oven was very slow and patio/outside area could do with a bit TLC!

Fab place for family gathering

House was the perfect location and size for a family gathering.

The accommodation was an older, grand victorian villa over 3 floors. The decor was a bit tired though clean and bathrooms great. Only main thing that stuck out was the upholstery in sitting room furniture which was very old and uncomfortable. There was an upstairs lounge with a bed settee but main room was a bit worn and could feel springs on most seats

brilliant place

We went here as a group of 10 girls for a birthday weekend and there was more than enough room for everyone. Facilities were great, clean and tidy. Great pubs and restaurants near in a lovely little village

the only downfall I would have said was the courtyard outside could have been a bit better but it didnt bother us because we sat in the pub beer garden all day

Big house, great spot. Set back from the road

A few small glitches - eg shower knob in 1 of the bathrooms stopped working. Not really enough big mugs. Garden & area outside back door messy Kitchen & sitting rooms not big enough to seat everyone at the same time
