Do not stay here.

Once Inside clean, tidy and decent facilities

Never had cause to complain about any stay previously. Unexpected requirement having already paid to send 100 deposit on day of stay before being given access to property - was worryingly like a scam email. Area was unsafe. Coded access box to property pulled out of wall between leavjng and returning on evening. Noise from other residents was at level where we felt we would either need to call police or vacate during night. Chased for repayment of deposit (9days ). Had to give separate bank details.

I dont wanna stay there

We stayed there for 2 days it was absolutely disgusting and we paid over 800 I regret it 1- the bed was basic springs 2- half of the house was freezing cold 3- no hot water on half of the house 4- rooms had damp Carpet was disgusting and horrible so many broken doors chair and cabin Kitchen sink was blocked I wud not recommend it to no one

Well priced stay for St James Park

Great location for the football ground, exactly what we were looking for for one night

Bedroom layout was quite tight, parking locations didnt feel overly safe

Good value for money

It's a 15 mins walk to the city centre, there's a bus stop in front of the apartment coming every 10 mins or so. Also it's near supermarkets and some restaurants

My room was placed over a restaurant and the music rumble a bit until they close ~11.30pm. Nothing the host can do about and not a mayor issue, just mentioning in case you have light sleep (like me).
