The only thing that i was not happy with, at night there would be loud sounds dont know if it was the air-conditioning or the water pipes in the wall.

I chose this place after my bad hostel experience in Amsterdam. I think the price is high, especially due to its location. Everyone working is very helpful and friendly. If you wish, your room is cleaned every day. There is everything you might need in the bathroom. The nespresso machine, coffee capsules, drinks in the minibar and small chocolates in your room are free of charge. You can use the kitchen for free and you will find most of what you need in the kitchen. The location is extremely easy and comfortable. There is a tram stop right in front. The bookstore on the corner is very sweet and helpful. Be sure to stop by.

There were stains on my pillow and I realized it too late. I thought it would change the day the room was cleaned, but it didn't. The location is quite popular but I'm not sure if it's worth the high prices. If you have not purchased breakfast, you cannot use the kitchen during breakfast time.

The Muse, wonderful hotel in Amsterdam

Phenomenal staff, very friendly and eager to assist. The location was excellant. Could walk to all the tourist attractions. Lovely restaurants and cafes close by as well as loads of boutiques for those thay love shopping. Room was spacious and clean with a good size bathroom. A very comfortable stay, and a hotel I would definitely visit again on a return trip to Amsterdam.

Great stay! The place was clean, the room had everything we needed for a short trip and was rather cosy, the bed was extremely comfortable for us. The location is great, in a quiet area not too far from the center and with good connection, you just need to figure out how to purchase a GVB ticket a little bit in advance. Friendly staff. Good value for money (unfortunately, accommodation in Amsterdam is brutally expensive).

The room turned out to be smaller than it seemed in the pictures, but still manageable, and we were aware that it would be on a smaller side when booking (only 17 m).
