Disappointing

Regret to stay in this hotel

The view of the hotel is magnificient when the weather is clear. Also, the restaurant is quite nice to have a breakfast. Decoration looks great.

The facility is very poor and disappointed. It has problem with the water system which cannot be fixed after multiple promises. Our families stay in the bungalow for 4 nights, suffering with it. Water was extremely weak that you could not bath properly. It suddenly stopped a few times during bathing. Unbelievable! Bathroom is not clean at all and facility is running down because of no maintenance (see picture). Bedroom beds are very stiff, not per 4-star hotels standard. Hotel service (not restaurant service) was not per standard. New towel was left on the toilet. Cups were not cleaned and placed back where it was.

Highly recommended! Perfect stay with the best service. The hotel employees were great, they help us to get everything - rent a scooter for a good price, order a taxi, make a breakfast. Also they prepared a big breakfast earlier because of our early check-out. Room was clean, we had a beatiful view of the whole valley. Thank to this place, and especially thanks to hotel employees our stay in Sapa was perfect.

Total bliss!

I loved everything about this place. From the moment you walk in you feel at peace and happiness. The staff were wonderful. I was met everyday by Thao who was a total pleasure at lunch and dinner. The pool was warm, I swam every day and it was so much fun. The views are just outstanding. The rooms was clean and again a place of peace and comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and would come again.

I wish there was a transfer to Sapa town but small inconvenience that made no real impact on the trip.

Very good

It was a beautiful place to stay just a little to far out of the main town for me.

Breakfast was nice maybe a little more selection at this price point, the staff were very nice

Had dinner service very slow only a handful of people so no excuse, plus only one wine available!

Absolutely breathtaking!

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!
