The room we stayed in was the twin room and was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the facilities was nice. The breakfast was just amazing, across to cereal, big pot off coffee/tea and a freshly cooked breakfast. The hosts are a really lovely couple and made you feel incredibly welcome upon arrival. As two 31 year old males going away for an event we were worried that we would be judged as wanting to be party lads but they didn't judge us at all and was really engaging on getting to know us during our two nights we were there

Brilliant weekend Lovely big room Clean Fabulous bathroom with shower Owners are very accommodating, and as it was our anniversary they purchased a bottle of fizz upon request and this was in our room on arrival

The breakfast was lovely, room was nice and clean. Roy and Tina was really lovely. Room was a great size even had dvd player and dvds for the kidsvto watch which they loved. Will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend

Host were very friendly .Room was nice ,clean and tidy .

Shower had very low pressure so it take longer to get showered. Breakfast is served 8:30-9:30 ,but we had to leave earlier in the morning on our first day and there was no option on earlier or packed breakfast so it was a bit disapointing .

Excellent hotel with super hosts/owners

This is our 3rd stay at the Middleton and the hosts and owners cannot do enough for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Excellent breakfast on both mornings. I have recently been diagnosed with Coliacs disease which means I am not allowed gluten in any form. This was not an issue, I was served GF bread and was told sausage was also GF.

Nothing. Only problem was trying to get my grandson home as he would have been happy to stay.
